- 1 package (16 ounces) puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup sugar

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Fit the thawed puff pastry into a 9-inch square baking pan. Cut the remaining pastry into 1/2-inch strips.
In a large bowl, combine the raspberries, blueberries, cornstarch and sugar. Turn into the pastry-lined pan. Place the pastry strips on top of the filling in a lattice pattern. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the filling bubbles and the pastry is lightly browned. Serve hot or warm.
