Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen or refrigerated pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups walnut halves
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 2 tablespoons honey

Preparation
Step 1
Position rack in middle of oven and preheat to 375 degrees.
Put pie crust into 9-inch pie pan. Crimp the edges and refrigerate.
In large bowl, whisk together eggs and brown sugar until smooth. Whisk in the corn syrup, butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in walnuts. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake until set in center, 35 to 40 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely.
While pie cools in large bowl beat cream and honey until soft peaks form. Serve honey whipped cream with pie.
