Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto or salami
- 4 oz Asiago, Parmesan, or other hard cheese, sliced
- 1 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, halved

Preparation
Step 1
Slice baguette in half horizontally. Spread bottom half with mustard. Top with prosciutto, cheese, and red peppers. Cover with top of baguette and slice into 4 sandwiches.
