- 3 cups cubed bread
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9" square baking dish. Arrange bread cubes in bottom of dish, and sprinkle with butterscotch chips and 1/4 cup of chopped pecans. In a small saucepan, combine milk and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. In a bowl, beat eggs. Gradually whisk eggs into milk mixture. Pour over mixture in baking dish, and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of chopped cpecans. Bake 25 minutes.
