Ingredients
- 1 head leaf lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1/2 pound cherry or pear tomatoes
- 1 green sweet pepper, sliced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) sliced potatoes, drained
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
- 1 can (12-ounces) tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup Nicoise olives, pitted
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing

Step 1
1. On large platter, arrange lettuce, separated into leaves, tomatoes, sliced sweet green peppers, sliced potatoes, eggs, and tuna. Top with olives. Drizzle with dressing. Makes 6 servings.
