3 large egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 pound confectioners sugar
food color

Step 1

In a large bowl beat egg whites and cream of tarter with electric mixer. Gradually add confectioners sugar and beat 5-7 minutes. Add food coloring to make different colors of icing.
