  • 1 can 14 oz Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can, 10 oz Rotel Tomatoes, original
  • 1/2 Small Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon s Green Chiles or Jalapeño, Diced (canned)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Lime, juiced

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in the food processor or a good blender and pulse to combine for 30 seconds or until ingredients are finely blended into desired consistency. Taste – adjust seasonings and serve with tortilla chips, tacos, enchiladas or over omelet.
