- 1 can 14 oz Tomatoes, diced
- 1 can, 10 oz Rotel Tomatoes, original
- 1/2 Small Onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoon s Green Chiles or Jalapeño, Diced (canned)
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1 Lime, juiced

Step 1
Put all the ingredients in the food processor or a good blender and pulse to combine for 30 seconds or until ingredients are finely blended into desired consistency. Taste – adjust seasonings and serve with tortilla chips, tacos, enchiladas or over omelet.
