REVIEWS:

Thought this was somewhere between ok/bland and ugh. No flavor came through at all and they were pretty dry.

This was the worst I repeat WORST recipe I ever made from Rachel or from any of the cooking shows. It was as if all of the flavors of these wonderful ingredients cancelled each other out; it just tasted like so much Blah. On a scale of 1-10 this one gets a minus 4; from the 4 of us dining on this mess.

Just finished making them! I used vienna bread and pepper jack cheese. Amazing! My roommates liked them too! I will be for sure making them again.

My boyfriend and I were watching the show and he asked me to make this recipe for lunch that day. It was SO good! We both loved it. Next time I am going to try it with mozzarella, basil, and prosciutto. Would also make a great grilled cheese with some creamy tomato soup. Very versatile. I was apprehensive about using only while bread. (went to 2 bakeries and neither had brioche.) But is was perfect:)
