Cheesy Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients
- 1 LB frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tsps minced garlic
- 1 oz bag sliced provolone
- 1 oz package sliced pepperoni
- 1 egg

Step 1
Before you begin, make sure bread dough is completely thawed and set in a warm place to double in size.
Remove drip tray from your temptations loaf pan. Lightly spray pan with non-stick spray.
On a floured surface roll dough into a 16 by 8 rectangle pan. Brush lightly with olive oil and thinly spread minced garlic all over dough.
Layer sliced provolone on dough to within 1 inch of the edge. Top with pepperoni.
Roll dough into a loaf, starting with the short end. Pinch down and tuck under edges to seal. Place in your loaf pan. Whisk egg and brush over the top.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
