- 1 c Karo syrup
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c crunchy pb
- 1/2 c creamy pb
- 5 c corn flakes

Step 1
In a large sauté pan heat up the syrup and sugar until it just starts to boilpull it off the burner and add the peanut butter both kindsafter the peanut butter is melted into your sugar mixture slowly start to stir in your cornflakes once your cornflakes are added start to spoon it out onto wax paper and the cookie should set up really quickly.
This isn't the exact recipe that I was given but these are the tweaks that I made because I always overcooked my sugar and syrup mixture the creamy peanut butter has enough oils in it that it won't let your sugar get too hard once it sets up so that your cookies are still really nice and soft but you can't use all creamy peanut butter because that's too much oil and then your cookies will never set up
