  • 3 c. cremini mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c. chopped proscuitto
  • 1 Tb. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a medium nonstick skillet. Add mushrooms, kosher salt, and garlic to pan; saute 4 minutes or until moisture evaporates. Remove from heat; stir in proscuitto and parsley.

Good with Filet Mignon with Cabernet Sauce and mashed potatoes with chives
