Ingredients

  • 5 cups Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cups Oil
  • 1/2 cups Sparkling Water, Or As Needed

Preparation

Step 1

In one bowl, mix together dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder). In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients (except the sparkling water). Then combine the contents of both bowls and mix. At the end, add sparkling water—just enough to make the batter dense, but easy to spill onto the waffle maker.

Make your waffles according to manufacturer’s instructions (see manual of your machine).

Serve with favorite toppings (cream, jelly, icing sugar, etc.).
