Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 box of Spice Cake Mix
• 1 pkg (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding
• 1 C Canned Pumpkin
• 1 Pkg Cream Cheese
• 1/4 C Sugar
• 1 Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare cake mix as directed, add pumpkin and pudding mix. Spoon into 24 cupcake liners. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and egg. Either spoon into the center of the batter or pipe into the center of the muffin batter.

Bake 18-22 minutes, test with a toothpick to see if done.
