Ingredients

  • BASE:
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • FILLING:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup Eagle Bran milk
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 - 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

BaSE:

Combine ingredients. Press into a 9" square pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

FILLING:

Combine ingredients in a double boiler. Bring to boil and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over the cooled base. Refrigerate till set.

TOPPING:

Melt chips and butter over medium heat. Pour over the cooled filling. Refrigerate.
