Ingredients
- 3 C Flour
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 1/2 C Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1-8 oz can crushed Pineapple (with juice)
- 1 C Pecans, Chopped
- 2 C Bananas, Chopped
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- Ice with Cream Cheese Frosting from Italian Cream Cake

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir, don’t beat until moistened. Add vanilla, pineapple, banana and pecans.
Bake as a layer cake (350 for 25 minutes) or a Bundt (325 for 1 hour)
