Ingredients

  • 3 C Flour
  • 2 C Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 C Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1-8 oz can crushed Pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 C Pecans, Chopped
  • 2 C Bananas, Chopped
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Ice with Cream Cheese Frosting from Italian Cream Cake

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir, don’t beat until moistened. Add vanilla, pineapple, banana and pecans.

Bake as a layer cake (350 for 25 minutes) or a Bundt (325 for 1 hour)
