Ingredients
- 3 T butter
- 2 cloves minced fresh garlic
- 2 or 3 T chopped pecans
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 3 c cooked fragrant rice
- 1/3 c fresh parsley
- 1/3 c chopped onion

Step 1
Heat butter, add onions and pecans. Saute for 5 mins. Add salt, cayenne and garlic. Cook 3 mins. Add rice and parsley; mix well. Cover and keep on low heat until ready to serve.
