Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless sirloin (slice into thin strips)
- 1 TBS vegetable oil
- 10 3/4 oz Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 16 oz bag California blend vegetables (broccoli, carrots, & cauliflower)
- 16 oz Rotini pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pasta al dente. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned, stirring often. Add soup, vegetables, and pasta. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook until veggies are cooked.
