Ribbon Surprises - Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c margarine
• 2/3 c sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 t almond extract
• 2 1/2 c flour
• 1 1/2 t baking powder
• dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and extract. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Put thru cookie press onto baking sheets. Bake at 400 deg for 10-12 mins. When cool run thin strip frosting down center.
Frosting: 2 T cocoa; 1/2 t vanilla; 1 c conf. sugar; 2 T hot water. Combine sugar & cocoa. Add water and vanilla.
