Ingredients

  • 2 lb bag of carrots, sliced
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg Stove Top stuffing

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrots in water until just tender, drain.
Cook onion in 1/4 cup butter. Stir in flour, salt & dry mustard. Stir in milk until smooth. Add pepper, celery salt & cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
Place carrots in shallow casserole dish. Pour sauce over them.
Prepare 1 box of Stove Top stuffing and spread evenly on top of sauce.
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
