- 1 1/2 cup finely shopped Portobello Mushrooms
- 3/4 cup finely chopped Onions
- 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup liquid egg substitute

- 4 oz raw ground lean turkey
- 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp cup finely shopped Dole® Portobello Mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped Dole Onions
- 2 Tbsp plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp teaspoon salt
- to taste ground black pepper
- 1 Egg (or use Egg Replacer or just Egg whites 2)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
1. Stir turkey, mushrooms, onions, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and egg substitute until thoroughly mixed.
2. Form into loaf in 13" x 9" pan.
3. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until meat reaches 160°F. internal temperature
