  • 1 1/2 lb. raw ground lean turkey
  • 1 1/2 cup finely shopped Portobello Mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped Onions
  • 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup liquid egg substitute

  • SERVES 1
  • 4 oz raw ground lean turkey
  • 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp cup finely shopped Dole® Portobello Mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped Dole Onions
  • 2 Tbsp plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp teaspoon salt
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • 1 Egg (or use Egg Replacer or just Egg whites 2)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

1. Stir turkey, mushrooms, onions, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and egg substitute until thoroughly mixed.

2. Form into loaf in 13" x 9" pan.

3. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until meat reaches 160°F. internal temperature
