Ingredients
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/4 C Butter
- 2 Large Egg Whites
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 C All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Butterscotch Chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat to 350 degrees
Beat sugars and butter at medium speed until well blended (about 4 minutes). Add egg whites and vanilla; beat well. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Sift together. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture; beat at low speed until just blended. Stir in chips
Spread batter into a prepared 8 inch square pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Bakes up cake-like.
