Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream
- of chicken soup
- 1 C water
- 1 C Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 3/4 C uncooked regular long-grain
- rice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 C frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 4 skinless, boneless, chicken breast
- halves
- 1/2 C shredded Mexican Cheese blend

Step 1
stir 1st 6 ingredients in 12"8" shallow baking dish
top w/ chicken
season chicken as desired
cover
bake @375 for 45 min or until chicken & rice are done
top w/ cheese
