Oven Roasted Peppers

Ingredients
- You will need:
- 4 sweet red peppers (sliced)
- 1 long hot green pepper (sliced with seeds)
- 1 yellow onion (sliced)
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon capers plus 1 tablespoon caper juice
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees:
In a baking pan place all of the above ingredients and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes.
