Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs lean beef, thinly sliced
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced/grated
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
- 1 c soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- Dash black pepper
- Accent, if desired
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except beef. Add beef, mix by hand until thoroughly coated. Cover, refrigerate 6-24 hours, mixing occasionally.
Stir fry and serve with steamed rice.
