Fruit Salad for a Crowd
- 2 Cantaloupe
- 1 2 Lb container grapes (I used purple)
- 2 18 Oz. containers blueberries
- 3 32 Oz containers strawberries
Cut cantaloupe in 1/2 around the middel (not end to end). Cut each half in half again. Cut into 1/2" slices and dice each slice.
Cut grapes in half.
Cut strawberries in half and then slice into 3 or 4 slices depending on size.
Using the squat (highball size) plastic cups layer evenly into 32 portions the cantaloupe, grapes, strawberries and blueberries.
Drizzle each serving with a little blueberry or raspberry agave
