Ingredients
- 1/2 C butter, divided
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 C milk
- 1/2 lb (8oz) velveeta, cut into cubes
- 2 C elbow macaroni
- 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Melt 2 T butter. Whisk in flour stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil, cook and stir 3 to 5 min or until thick. Add velveeta cheese, cook until melted. Stir in macaroni.
Put in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake 20 min
