Ingredients
- 5 cups tomatoes, seeded, peeled and chopped
- ¾ cup onion, chopped
- ¾ cup green pepper, chopped
- ½ cup red pepper, chopped
- 3 banana peppers, chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 1 – 5 ½ oz. tomato paste
- ½ cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 ½ tsp. pickling salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano

Preparation
Step 1
Cook all ingredients 30 minutes or till desired thickness. Pour into Sterilized jars and seal.
NOTE: To thicken use 4 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with water.
