Ingredients

1 3/4 c flour
1/4 t salt
2/3 c butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c packed dark-brown sugar
1 t vanilla
1 c chopped pecans
1 c white chocolate baking chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 deg. Coat 15x10x1" pan with cooking spray. Combine flour & salt. Beat butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and pecans. Spread in pan. Bake 15-20 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle chips evenly over top. Cool pan on rack. Slice when completely cooled.
