Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16oz) ziti or sm. tube pasta
- 2 cartons (10-oz each) refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1 C (8oz) sour cream
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 carton (15-oz) ricotta cheese
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 C grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 C minced fresh parsley
- 1-3/4 C shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Step 1
cook pasta
drain & return to pan
stir in alfredo sauce & sour cream
spoon 1/2 into lightly greased 3-qt baking dish
combine eggs, ricotta cheese, 1/4 C parmesan cheese, romano cheese & parsley
spread over pasta
top w/ remaining pasta mixture
sprinkle w/ mozzarella & remaining parmesan
cover
bake @350, 25 min
uncover
bake 5-10 min longer or until bubbly
