Frugal Gourmet's Focaccia
By norsegal8
I copied this recipe from the Frugal Gourmet show years ago as I watched Jeff Smith prepare it. It certainly looked delicious and I had to try it. It is good! (Rise time is not included)

Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix water, yeast, and sugar.
2. Stir in oils and salt.
3. Add 3 cups of the four and whip until the dough begins to leave the sides of the bowl, about 10 minutes.
4. Mix in the remaining flour by hand or with a dough hook and knead the dough until it is smooth. Allow the dough to rise twice, right in the bowl, and punch down after each rising.
5. Oil 2 18x13-inch baking sheets, and divide the dough between the 2 pans. Using your fingers, press the dough out to the edges of each pan. Allow to rise for 30 minutes and brush with the crushed garlic mixed with the oil for topping. Sprinkle the rosemary and kosher salt on top..
6. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
