Ingredients
- 2/3 c sliced carrots
- 1/2 c diced onion
- 3 c broth - beef chicken or vegetable
- 1 1/2 c diced green cabbage
- 1/2 c green beans
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1/2 c diced zucchini

Step 1
1. in large suacepan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, suate carot, onion over low heat until softened, five minutes
2. add broth, caggage, bean tomato paste,basil, salt and pepper. bring to boil. lower heat and simmer coveredabout 15 minutes until beans are tender
3. stir in zucchini and heat
