Ingredients
- 1 pk - 16 oz - dry split peas
- oil
- celery - 2 stalks
- onion - 1 small
- salt
- pepper
- carrots
- 1 boullion cube

Preparation
Step 1
1. cut up celery and onion
2. in a stock pot put some oil, saute onion and celery. add 1 bag split peas. fill with water 3/4 to top. add salt and pepper to taste
3. cook and stir constantly until peas are very soft
