Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can spicy chili beans, undrained
- 1 (11.5 oz) can vegetable juice
- 1 large tomato, seeded, coarsely chopped
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1 T. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 to 1/2 t. chili powder
- 2 T. light sour cream

Step 1
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except sour cream; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Ladel soup into serving bowls; top with sour cream.
