- 860 g A.P. Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 30 g Baking Powder
- 10 g Baking Soda
- 250 g Butter - cold
- 700 ml Buttermilk

Step 1
-Combine dry ingredients.
-Sand in butter.
-Mix in buttermilk, do not over-mix.
-Shape as desired, egg-wash tops and bake 350F.
