Sesame Noodles with Chicken & Edamame

Ingredients
- 12 oz angel hair pasta noodles, cooked al dente and drained
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1 T sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 T sesame oil
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 4 T canola oil
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 1 c edamame (soy beans) removed from pods
- 1/4 c cilantro, chopped
- Sriracha, for serving (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1.While you're cooking the noodles, whisk together the soy, sugar, garlic, vinegar, oils, and red pepper flakes until sugar is dissolved. Add to a large serving bowl with the chicken and edamame. When noodles are done, pour them while hot into the bowl with the other ingredients and toss well to combine. Serve with cilantro on top and Sriracha on the side.
Sriracha is a Thai hot sauce.
