Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1-2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- fresh ground black pepper
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 pound pork tenderloin (I did 2 at once)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in marinade-reserve 2-3 tbsp. Place pork and marinade in ziplock bag and let marinade 3-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In hot skillet, sear all sides of meat (on medium-high)--2-3 minutes per side. Place in oven and bake 30-40 minutes or until meat hits 180 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve.
Pan Sauce
pan drippings from meat
1/3 cup chicken broth
2-3 tbsp marinade
1-2 tsp butter
Put skillet back on stove on medium heat. Add chicken broth and scrape up browned pieces/ Add marinade and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Add butter and remove from heat, stirring until butter melts. Pour over meat.
