1 t garlic pieces
1 t salt
1 t oregano

Step 1

Add strips of green peppers; pack tightly. Heat 1 c vinegar and 1 c water (very hot) - pour into jar and seal. Keep 2 weeks before opening. Makes 1 quart @ 8-10 peppers per quart.
