Ingredients

  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 stlks celery finely cchopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 tsps
  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoed undrained
  • 1 bottle (8OZ) clam juice
  • 1 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp surgar
  • 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • 1 lb. firm-textured white fish, cut
  • into 1 in pieces
  • 3/4 lb. uncooked medium shrimp
  • peeled, deveined
  • 1 6 1/2 oz chopped clams with juice,
  • undrained
  • 1 6oz can crabmeat, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 5-6 quart slow cooker with Pam.
Mix all ingredients except fish.

Cover cook on high for 4 hours

Stir fish, shrimp, clams, and crabmeat. Reduce heat setting to low. Cover, cook 30-45 min. until fish flakes easiy with fork.
Stir in parsley.
