Peanut Butter Kisses

Ingredients

• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c packed brown sugar
• 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 c butter, softened
• 1/4 c shortening
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 3/4 t baking soda
• 1/2 t baking powder
• candy kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Mix 1/2 c sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, shortening and egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately press candy kiss into cookie; cool.
