Ingredients

• 2 sticks unsalted butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cups cake flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 3 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350f butter an flour 2 pans 9" sift cake flour then lightly spoon 3 cups cake flour into measuring cup.
Cream butter in a large bowl gradually add sugar creaming until light an fluffy mix cake flour with baking powder an salt add eggs one at a time to creamed mixture beating well after each addition add flour mixture alternately with milk an flavor do not over beat . Pour into prepared pans bake for 20 to 25 minutes
