Empty plastic water bottle
Shallow dish
Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Carefully crack the egg onto a plate or into bowl.

You can crack several at once for quickly separating multiple eggs.

Squeeze some of the air from a clean plastic soft drink bottle, mouth of the bottle on top of the egg yolk, and slowly release your grip.

The air pressure will push the yolk into the bottle.
