Ingredients

  • 3 packages frozen cheese blintzes
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 5 medium eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place frozen blintzes in a single layer in a 9" x 13" pan.

Pour melted butter over frozen blintzes.

Combine eggs, sour cream, vanilla, orange juice, and sugar in a blender or use electric mixer to make it frothy.

Pour mixture over frozen blintzes.

Bake one hour uncovered or until pouffed and slightly golden brown on top. Check after 45 minutes with a skewer. It should come out damp but not runny.
