Step 1
Grease 10 inch tube pan with vegetable shortening, dust with flour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place butter and oil in large bowl and beat with electric mixer until creamy. add sugar , beat 1-2 minutes. add eggs, 1 at a time. add cake mix, 1 cup of flour, sour cream, vanilla and evaporated milk. beat until thick. bake until golden brown. 60 minutes.
