  • Canned cooked garbanzos
  • Canned cooked lentils
  • Isabel NaturTuna solid light tuna in extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Drain garbanzo beans and lentils.

Chop green pepper, red pepper and chop onion very thin.

Put legumes and vegetables in a bowl.

Shred and add Isabel Tuna.
