- Red pepper
- Green pepper
- Canned cooked garbanzos
- Canned cooked lentils
- Isabel NaturTuna solid light tuna in extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Drain garbanzo beans and lentils.
Chop green pepper, red pepper and chop onion very thin.
Put legumes and vegetables in a bowl.
Shred and add Isabel Tuna.
Mix well, and add a little salt.
