Chubby Chewy Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 sticks of butter, softened
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 TBSP vanilla
• 1 egg & 1 egg yolk
• 2 cups chocolate chunks

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 325'.

Mix butter and sugars.

Add vanilla and eggs.

Whisk dry ingredients.

Combine both mixtures then add chocolate chunks

Drop 1/4 cup sized scoops onto cookie sheet, 3 in apart.

Bake 15-17 mins
