Ingredients
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 can (14 oz) Eagle sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini choc chips
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 (8 or 9 in) prepared choc graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup mini choc chips
- 1/4 cup whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy gradually beating in condensed milk until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Toss chocolate chips with flour and stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust.
Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool completely and store in fridge.
Chocolate Glaze: In small saucepan over low heat, melt choc chips and whipping cream. Cook and stir until smooth and thickened. Immediately spread over cheesecake.
