- Small Bowl:
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 pk yeast
- Large Bowl:
- 2 cp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Add small bowl ingredients into large bowl ingredients. Blend well.
Add 1 1/4 cup warm water.
Blend until smooth then mix 2 cup flour. Place dough in bowl and coat with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Let rise 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Add toppings.
Bake at 425-450 for 20 minutes.
