Ingredients

  • 1 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 - onion, diced
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - package ore ida crispy crowns or tater tots
  • 1 - 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 1/2 - cups grated cheddar cheese
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and diced onions and Worcestershire sauce, adding, pepper, seasoning salt and garlic salt to taste. Drain.

In a large bowl combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, peas, corn and 1/2 the cheese.

Pour into a greased 13x9 casserole dish. Top the mixture with a layer of tater tots. Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven, add the rest of the cheese over the top and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
