Ingredients

  • 1 ground beef
  • 2 Alexia Mashed Potatoes
  • 3 olive oil
  • 4 onion
  • 5 garlic
  • 6 packet of brown gravy mix
  • 7 water
  • 8 frozen mixed vegetables
  • 9 sweet corn
  • 10 creamed corn
  • 11 melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain beef
place the hot pan back on the heat

Add in some olive oil and sauté a little onion and garlic

After a few minutes, add the meat back into the pan along with a packet of brown gravy mix and water

Use a whisk to remove any lumps and bring this whole thing to a boil so the gravy thickens.

Then add in the frozen veggies.

After 2 minutes, the vegetables should be warmed through, so pour this whole thing into a casserole dish.

And some creamed corn..

Spread those smashers onto the top and brush with melted butte.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
